Wholesale Terms
Thank you for considering our high-quality & much-loved journals in your store! We trust that they will benefit your community greatly.
This application is for those looking to place wholesale orders with us – for established retailers only.

If you are a non-retailer facilitator, coach, or space holder looking for bulk options to use our journals as gifts or tools for your friends, clients, circles, events, etc, please look to our store for discounted bulk options for non-retailers – you'll see tiered bulk discounts below the product description on each page. Or fill out this form if you're looking to order a large quantity over 40.

One exception to this rule is international groups or facilitators who are trying to get a bulk deal on a group order into their country to save on international shipping costs.

Before applying, make sure you align with our Wholesale Retailer Requirements;
- You have brand mission aligned with our values.
- You have a well-established presence and audience.
- You have either a brick & mortar location that is uniquely located from our other stockists, or a large-scale online store.
- If you sell online, you sell independently on your own website; not via Amazon, Etsy, etc.
- Your location & brand is clearly represented via your website and/or social media pages.
- You are looking to resell and have a tax-exemption certificate
Payment and Ordering
Orders will be placed on our website via your wholesale account. Apply here & we will add you into our system as a wholesaler. Once you login at the top of our website, and after we've added you in, you should see "Wholesale Shop + Info for Wholesalers" in the main navigation.
Pricing & Order Minimums
Order minimums are $200 USD for first order, and $150 USD for subsequent orders. This must be the product total – not cart total – as this minimum is for the total before shipping or tax.
Tax Exemption
If you are a tax-exempt organization or looking to resell, please make sure to attach a copy of your Resale certificate when you fill out the retailer application form so that we can create or edit your account to be tax-exempt.
Order Limitations + Checkout "Error"
Due to weight capacities, certain regions may have to split up orders over a certain weight;
- Countries outside of the U.S.: 40 lbs / 20 Cycles Journals limit per order
- U.S. Outlying States + Territories: 60 lbs / 30 Cycles Journals limit per order
- Domestic U.S. Mainland: 200 lbs / 100 Cycles Journals limit per order
To place an order over the limit threshold, please simply place a separate order to split up the shipments. Thank you!
Rates/Discount
As an independent publication, our wholesale discount is 50% off MSRP. You are welcome to sell the product for the price you decide in store.

Additional discounts do not apply while we have sales running, however you are welcome to run your own sales as you wish with the products in your shop.

You are welcome to adjust the price and discount is as you wish – we recommend discounting 10+% each month starting in March as the calendar year digresses.
Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse fulfillment center via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx and our rates are carrier calculated by our system. We recommend dividing the shipping cost by the # of journals to see the true cost per unit.

Route Package Protection is selected at checkout for a low cost that will protect you from lost, damaged or stolen mail.

Return Policy + Sell-Out Guarantee
Applies to wholesale annual journal orders placed before January 15th. If your dated journals don't sell by May 1st, we offer credit on your next order. Just send them back to us & we will issue the refund or credit once received in the same condition.

You must submit the return request to us via email by May 15th for a credit refund on the dated journals [we cannot refund shipping, insurance fees, or evergreen/undated products].

Any damages will result in a % of refund retained. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail – we recommend postal insurance when sending the return back.
Pre-Ordering
If you order early during our pre-sale for our annual journals, you're the first in line to receive them. Typically we receive them in early October and ship out shortly after. (This is an estimate). Once you order, feel free to start offering pre-orders on your website as well!
International Ordering
All International Wholesale Orders [outside of the U.S.] are shipped DDU – any import duties or local taxes are your responsibility to be aware of and factor this into your resale pricing and/or budget.
