Writing Guidelines Reminder:
1. Please stick to the word count for your writing. Half Pages: word limit is 150-200 words. Full Spreads: word limit is 500-600 words. Less it totally fine. Please do not go more than 20 words over the limit. You can also write less & leave space for prompts, reflection or questions if you have a shorter word count.
2. Please use inclusive language for all body types, genders, & backgrounds - this journal is for all who bleed, have a uterus, have an energetic and/or physical womb-space. This is not meant to restrict you, but to ask that you expand your language to include everyone in our community! <3
3. Please stick to the topic we agreed on! All have been chosen to a careful curation to make sure the journal covers a balanced array of topics~ However if you're deeply feeling called to switch topics, email me plenty ahead of the deadline & we can discuss so long as it stays within a similar field.
4. Please respond to your final page confirmation in a timely manner & stick to the deadlines in your welcome packet - we're on a production timeline.

FILL OUT YOUR HRD + LOTTERY PROPOSAL INFO FORM BEFORE 3/15
Submit your form info so we have it ready! This is required for EVERYONE since all options include an HRD Listing. Whether guaranteed or lottery for the feature spaces, we need a proposal from you, too! Refer to the email you receive post-purchase for the link to this entry form.
AWAIT OUR APPROVAL for HRD
By mid-March we will process all proposals under the lottery submission. We will contact all winners between March 15th–20th, and everyone else shortly after. In rare circumstances & in order to keep our publication intentional & safe, if your listing information or proposal does not match our shared community values, you will be notified & refunded in full.
FEATURED 1/2 + DOUBLE SPACES ONLY: SUBMIT YOUR FINAL WRITING BY APRIL 7th.
Anyone guaranteed or lottery winners for approved Feature Spaces must submit their final writing by April 7th. 150 words max for half pages, 600 for double.

Feature Spaces will be in periodical communication with our team throughout this time about creation, edits and approvals. Please inform us of any extended vacations during this time period. Your prompt responses are important to the creation and publication process.
*EVERYONE/HRD: APPROVE/REVISE BEFORE WE GO TO PRINT
Before we submit the journal to print in late May, you’ll have one chance to review approve your HRD listing. You'll be able to submit any final corrections at this time via a form. Feature Spaces will be in communication about edits and approval between the submission date and before this date.
JOURNAL PRODUCTION TIME + WELCOME/PERK PACKET
You'll receive your welcome packet with all your goodies likely by April/May, but this is your reminder to dive in and use it! There's nothing for you to do over this time – just rest in assurance that our journals are being finalized, produced and printed as we prep for the pre-sale launch in August.
