Our inhales and exhales echo the sounds of the ocean tides, reflecting the cyclical way we live. When we tap into this realization, we can float over any high tides, and release with the low tides.

When we cannot control our own tides, we must surrender to the flow and realize the power in doing so. 

Through this, we reclaim our ability to flow while living cyclically rather than trying to force other expectations to resist change or go against the tides.
